The Zero Bullshit Management TeamWho we are?
Founded in 2017, we’re a close-knit team of practitioners with experience managing projects and teams across a wide range of organisations — from startups to multinational corporations, and from FMCG and manufacturing to IT, marketing and services.
Most of us combine training and consulting with ongoing leadership roles, putting the methods and tools we teach to the test in our own work.
We’re based in Kraków and also deliver training in Warsaw and other cities. You can get to know each of us below.
Igor Mróz
I’ve been described as “effective, but difficult” — probably because of my inconvenient habit of asking a lot of probing questions. I’m as interested in psychology and personal effectiveness as I am in modern management techniques. I believe effective leadership comes from combining all three.
I have a master’s degree in accounting. I led my first project in 2003. Alongside managing projects, I’ve worked in sales, analysis, programming, copywriting and product management. I now run my own business; previously, I worked for corporations, SMEs, startups — including over a year in the Netherlands — and a venture capital fund.
In 2017, I founded Zero Bullshit Management — a company whose name says everything about my approach to management. Since 2015, I’ve trained over a thousand people. At conferences and in training sessions, I show what works in management and what merely looks good on slides.
Dawid Straszak
I teach effective communication and collaboration to help people reduce conflict and avoid the silent treatment at work. I also help speakers deliver engaging presentations with substance.
For over seven years, I led teams in multinational corporations as a Team Leader and Team Manager, mainly in logistics and finance at UPS and insurance at AXA XL. I’m a certified assessment and development centre assessor and a psychologist in private practice, specialising in burnout.
I’ve spoken at conferences and meetups, both online and on stage. I also host Charyzmatyczny, a Polish-language podcast exploring how to apply psychology in everyday life.
Paulina Augustowska
I turn ideas into projects. I managed a project portfolio worth tens of millions of Polish złoty at a global hospitality and foodservice company. My experience spans the automotive, e-commerce and financial sectors. I’ve led engineering and marketing teams, both locally and internationally. For several years, I’ve also assessed projects for the Polish Project Excellence Award.
What I enjoy most is sharing knowledge, and participants say I make it easy to understand and inspiring to learn. I listen carefully to what people say — and what they mean — and turn their needs and ideas into clear goals and workable project plans. That’s why I founded Pani od projektów (website in Polish), my own brand supporting small businesses and giving their ambitious, often wild ideas a clear project structure.
Judyta Wolak
I’m a Technical Program Manager with a passion for building technology solutions and effective project teams. I have over 12 years of experience managing complex projects and delivering digital products, services and hardware across IT, fintech, cloud computing, electronics, automotive and e-commerce.
I help both experienced and aspiring managers achieve better business results and lead digital transformations. Through mentoring, coaching and training, I start with communication and one fundamental question: “Why?” I co-created Tech Leaders, Poland’s largest free IT mentoring programme for women, and was recognised in the Strong Women in IT 2023 Global Edition report.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge through talks at conferences and meetups, both online and on stage.
Nutka
I support the Zero BS CEO in his day-to-day work. Whenever he starts doubting himself, I come over, lie down beside him and lick his hands.
I even attended an open training session in Kraków, but I was a bit disruptive: everyone kept looking at me instead of Igor. I think he was jealous, because I got banned afterwards 🙄. I still make the occasional appearance at online events, though.
I believe treats are the most important thing in projects — and in life. I don’t understand why humans don’t use this simple technique to motivate each other. For a piece of duck, I’d deliver any project ahead of schedule!
